FORECAST THROUGH SATURDAY...SOUTHERLY FLOW BEHIND THE LOW WILL MOVE
THE ICE EDGE TO THE NORTH 20 TO 35 NM WEDNESDAY THROUGH SATURDAY. ICE
WILL DIMINISH ALONG THE COASTS WITH LEADS OPENING FROM BARROW TO
FLAXMAN ISLAND.

THIS IS A POSITIVE SIGN THAT THE ARCTIC COAST IS BEGINNING TO OPEN... STAND-BYE!

THE BIG PICTURE - 500MB ANALYSIS

FINAL THOUGHT - ATTEMPTING TO ROW IN THIS ICE IS NO FUN. ENJOY A COLD BEVERAGE!
